    Actually, no. He has some good offensive growth, I'll grant you. But it takes a while for his engines to get going. Unfortunately, his Skl growth (20%) does his accuracy no favors. As him missing could cause anything from a lost turn to a restart. His biggest problem is that his promotion item could be sold for 25k. (And thereby costs 50k.)

    Yeah, Dart is really really bad for ranked runs because the Ocean Seal is a major funds boost. He's not bad casually though, can always throw a Secret Book at him.

    Not to mention mediocre on efficient runs, for reasons I already stated. And opinions can only go so far. Especially since calling him "one of the best units" implies that he's in league with units like Marcus, Sain, Kent, Fiora, Raven, and Pent.

    I think Dart's pretty good. I prefer not to use him because of his lack of Con, but water-walking is a helpful ability to have.
