i got an s rank in windy hill zone 3. To get an s rank , you need to go super sonic ,and climb on platforms as high as you can and if you are on a high platform that is near the 1st or secent battle of zazzy ,bosst their and right when you jump into the first or second battle ,do a anather jump. If you do it correctly, you will see the sping at the end. And i repet do it as super sonic.
