Just to let you know the patch should be out today.

This has fixed the game save bug It also now allows you to toggle sound between TV and gamepad. This is done as a separate toggle as you may want to play from the tv and use headphones in the gamepad. It also has a couple of other minor fixes.

Sorry can't get rid of the miiverse update as that has nothing to do with me... And creating nintendo game patches is pretty complicated so can't give a precise date yet.

the miiverse update? Kind of annoying, ontop of all the things you hate about it, its a bit silly the way they limit the kind discussions you can start to just 'Hint' and 'question' etc.
