The Kelp Splat Charger is a strange deal in my opinion. It isn't built for splatting like the normal Splat Charger, but is instead meant to just stay behind the front lines and ink what hasn't been inked. It's only real offensive power play would be its Killer Wail. But you may still need to avoid long distance combat.
