    Unfortunately, Stardust Linen is not available in any shops. The only way to get some is to craft it as a Tailor. I believe it's a Master recipe.

    That happened to me, too- I had to become a master tailor just so I could become a creator blacksmith. You could also just make five holy helms, if it's the quest you need to complete.
