How is hit chance determined with Silence Staves? Whatever the calculation method is, it along with a mere three uses makes Silence less useful than I think it should be!

    [30 + (User's Magic x 5) + Skill] - [(Target's Resistance x 5) + (The amount of spaces from enemy x 2)] The same holds true for Sleep and Berserk staves.
