The Wonder Trade comes with risks, but it gets really annoying when you feel generous and decide to trade very nice Pokemon like Phione and Elgyem, only to get Magicarp, Wurmple, or Zigzagoon in return (multiple times). At the same time, I like imagining the surprised smile of the recipient as I send Magicarp, Wurmple, or Zigzagoon to oblivion.

    i know, right? i was wonder trading just now, and it was a pain because most of the pokemon i was getting were really bad ones, like wurmple.

    It's rude, really. There are so many other common and easily catchable Pokemon they can Wonder Trade instead. Pokeballs are so cheap and money in the game is so easy to obtain. Now don't get me wrong. I've been the smiling and surprised recipient of shinies and a Legendary on occasion. I feel so embarrassed though when I end up trading a (un)common one, but at least I make sure it can be traded.

    There's also the possibility that the person you ended up with had only just started the game, but when it happens to you so often (and back-to-back), that possibility doesn't take away the annoyance. At the very least, they could attach an item to make up for it. Well, we're aware of the risks and (possible) rewards of Wonder Trading whenever we use it.
