OK, so i noticed these guys have a LV 30 cap, while all other legendaries (and fully evolved in general) have a LV 99 cap, so i looked it up and i found out something awesome! (Continued in comments.)

    Apparently, you have to trade them with each other, and you'll both end up with the fused version. (Wich are dual typed.)
