    i arleady am using two axe users dart and barte he has good con and hp but the rest is meh he should have atleast 20 power and it really not hard to find ocean seal i found it on accident by trying to get him out of the way

    Ocean Seal is really expensive. You can sell it for 25 k or keep it so it doesn't hurt your funds rank

    But this isn't FE9 where the game throws money at you. Dart has terrible skill/resistance while Bartre has terrible speed and promotion bonuses. Hawkeye and a Warrior that appears very close to now has good stats that gives the Ocean Seal to be sold,and the Hero's Crest to a better possible Hero/Swordmaster. .... I still like Shinon better..
