    That is a bounty. As explained by Bounty Clerks all you have to do is take it to the nearest Guild Office or Bounty Clerk and cash it in for some Dosh + something else. Bounties appear when cutting down big trees, mining large ores, capturing giant fish, or defeating boss enemies. The only thing is, if you bring a big fish to a Lippes in a Guild Office or wherever else one is, you can exchange it
