HE DID IT!!!! Wait a minute. The judges are saying Luigi was still disqualified. HOLD THE PHONE! Wario will be credited with 1st place? No! That's totally unfair! Luigi totally crossed the line in first place! If only he would have beat the target time. We'll have to reset the results, and try it a 2nd time. We'll have 3 attempts in total. If a driver who qualifies also wins, it's all over.
