Nomads first appear in Fire Emblem Binding Blade before Rekka no Ken (Blazing Sword) release outside of Japan. They appear in some Fire Emblem games like Radiant Dawn.

    Genealogy of the Holy War, where the first playable unpromoted Nomads, Midir and Lester, are introduced. If we're counting promoted, then Wolf and Sedgar would be the first ones.

  • I didn't know that Fire Emblem 4 had Nomads before Binding Blade was release. Blast! I thought Binding Blade had Nomads first.

    Well, Bow Knight/Bow Paladins, if you want to get technical. But they pretty much function identically to one another. (Though Bow Paladins in FE4 don't have secondary weapons. Neither do Horsemen in the Archanea games outside of DS remakes.)

  • I guess you know more Fire Emblem stuff than me. I haven't gotten a chance to play any Fire Emblem games that were release only in Japan. One day if I understand Japanese, than I can experience them.
