YES! I got past the true gauntlet and obtained this handy trinket called the Hero's Charm! Anyone who can beat the True Gauntletin Hero Mode gets a follower and a yeah bomb. Think thats challenging, I lost 3765 rupees in this gauntlet and it was not in Hero Mode.

    I also beat "The savage labrynth" on Hero mode. You might have to scroll down REEEEEEEEEEEEEEALY far to find it, though.

    I had it, but I tried to not use it because I needed my magic power for my items and attacks. I had an elixir soup, a fairy, and 2 blue potions as last resort.

    OK, I just forgot. I don't think I lost very many rupees during my playthrough of it. It uses magic on the Gamecube, that I know. I still tried to conserve my magic power, and used at least one of my potions.
