ok so im at the part where i gotta find bane after putting a tracker on him and i got the glue grenade and im trying to fast travel to gcpd cuz i think thats where i need to go and it isnt working and i cant figure out what to do please please please help me...

    its because the riddler has control to it and won't let you fast travel. Only the ones marked red. You have to go to them on foot to try and hack it. Hope this helps(:
