    Depends where you're fighting those dragons. The only time they can drop eggs is when you fight them in their respective runes. Any other fights with them do not drop eggs. Ever. As for the runes, save yourself some trouble and do them on legendary difficulty. I heard the drop rate on expert is so low that it's not worth it.

    ok i have 5 crystal runes and only 1 meteor rune so how do i get more meteor runes?

    Most efficient way is from the Red Sky Spire in Muspelheim. Enter/exit a stage on there until a red chest generates. It will either have a Meteor Rune or a Ruby Dragon Rune ZZ.

    Yep. It's one of the post game areas. Only other way to get more is through the zbox, and I don't think the zbox even starts giving them out until post-game.
