    Just get fire crackers and put them under the windows near them, get a small rope and take 3 strands of fiber out at a time (will be long and tedious), tie fire crackers together by three strands for each fire cracker, light it, get far enough away you wont be a suspect, and laugh. Last time I was at my friends house the same thing happend to us so we did that and it was amazingly funny.

    I listen to celtic/irish music and music from the 20's-50's so if that happend to me I just blast whiskey makes me crazy (tossers) and atom bomb baby (the five stars) three times longer then they blasted their music, hopefully when they were hung over the next day.
