I've been wasting my hearts on the Safari for about a week now, and i've caught Gible, Gabite, Garchomp, and Furfrou. Staryu won't let me catch it, though it's a good money source, and I don't have Starmie either. WHERE THE HELL IS PHIONE?!?

The only thing I'm realy doing by going on the safari al the time is leveling up my pokemon

Well, my Gengar and Victini are getting some levels with the safari, and the only reasons i'm doing the safari is that i'm stuck at Mega Heracross in Pedra Valley, I can't beat any more expert stages, can't get any more S-ranks, and I want Phione.
