    No lie true Ricken is the youngest but Lucina is 10. Looks and even Robin said to Morgan, "Do I look able to have a child as old as you?" Only Nowi, Gregor, Validar, Tiki, and mabye Aversa are the only people who have graduated or are in high school. This proves my point... I hope.

    in the japanese game emmerynn is confirmed to be 25 with chrom being six years younger and lissa being four years younger than chrom, but that is before two year skip at midgame emm 27 chrom 21 lissa 17 it's safe to assume that the other shepherds are around the same age as chrom and all of them are old enough to get married except ricken, because he gets married "when he's old enough" this means-

    that ricken is the only one in the army who is too young to be married, meaning most of the characters are atleast 18 years old. lucina is aroung the same age as chrom because she say's that she has to leave after the war because people would be suspicious and/or spread rumors if a woman that was chroms age spent her life with him but wasn't married to him. so it's also safe to say: future c 18-23
