In the future, Florina (if she's trained) does great at taking down Shamans - RES is the calling card of a Pegasus. As for killing Zoldam specifically, Luna ignoring RES makes him very dangerous, so after you clear a path, Marcus is your best bet to kill him (after taking those delicious Speedwings with Matthew, of course).
