    GET IT! If you love challenging side scrolling platformers with oodles of secrets I'd check this game out! It's a true gem of a game for me. Just give it a chance. (FYI I also bought it on sale this week.)

    Thanks for the info! I don't know if you've heard of the game Evoland for the computer, but I enjoyed the concept of evolving through several eras of video gaming, and it seems like this game also incorporates that idea. Everything else that you mentioned has made Life of Pixel a must-buy for me, especially at its current price!

    Be aware that the game gets pretty difficult in the latter portion of the game but if you love a challenge then it won't pose a problem for you.

    No, that wouldn't stop me from buying the game, however Runbow did. I'd been looking forward to it for a while and just couldn't turn it down. Life of Pixel will still certainly be an eventual purchase of mine, though.
