Was Flam Bam considered to be a Skylander at one point?

He really looks out-of-place to be an NPC. He looks like a Skylander and his name even sounds like it could have been one. To those of you who don't know what I'm talking about, he is the red dragon who gives Chomp Chest's villain quest in the Secret Sewers of Supreme Stink.

    I think he was considered at one point, but I think the Activision and Toys for Bob made him an NPC because he looked like Spyro and his name sounded like another Skylander: Slam Bam.

    A name change and a few design changes and he would have made a great Skylander. :( R.I.P. Flam Bam
