    i concur my friend...the only thing that keeps me away from Splatoon is playing Xenoblade Chronicles on the Wii (im already over 156 hrs) and Rhythm Heaven on the DS! and Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate...and MK8...and ACNL...and Streets of Rage 2...and Oracle of Seasons...and Oracle of Ages...oh and Tetris...but yeah man its like Krack!!! LOL!!!

    Yeah played with you a bit the other night. Just finished about 150 hours in XC myself, beat the main story and a few sides but ran out of beasts to grind around level 100. There is still a 114 and a 120 I need to defeat. And I am determined to find a way into that gated secret Hode Village in Makna Forest without looking it up. There has to be a way. Splatfest comes first though.

    the secret gated hode village is unlocked through side quests in Frontier village but my friend i must be the one who tells you its nothing special unfortunately...but in frontier village there is a series of side quests that unlock a secret monado art that most miss on their 1st playthrough ;) and i agree Transformers splatfest is a priority! LOL!

    the secret for that "hot afternoon" shimmering dinobot is simply going to the elks watering hole in makna forest. make sure its around 12pm - 3pm. then save ur game and keep reloading until he pops up. also a hot day is pretty much a very blurry screen because of the heat...trust me though the predicon lion in "foggy" satori marsh is more annoying!

    I dont remember a lion, but beating that level 80 freezing cloud who changes but only at night in the fog was annoying for awhile. I really need to go back and finish it up.

    LOL!!! i always ran away b/c i was so under leveled but when i went back looking for the Veteran Yozel (which is challenge quest 4 in satori marsh) that cloud wasnt even on my radar! i also beat the game already but in another save file im at level 85 so my son could have an easier time beating Zanza ( lvl.82) but i been grinding in Alcamoth tryin 2 reach Galvin

    Beating Zanza at the end wasnt too horrible, but I had to grind a bit around level 80 to get thru a Mechonis side mission boss who did spike. I hate spike. And the last main sub boss in the Mechonis capital, might have been Gadolt. My poor brain, might be Alzheimers, cant remeber anything and it used to be almost photographic memorization of everything for me. Oh well.

    sounds like you have your memory intact my grumpy friend...either that or your aricept pills are working great ;) and i concur those enemy spikes in Agniratha were ridiculous especially that spider one that sat in the middle of the upper level...but that music...i mean...wow...and its just sad to think that it was filled with life before the bionis attacked it...the story...this game is remarkable

    Yeah, that big one just sitting there in the middle was the killer spiker, had to load up on antispike stuff for that one battle. All worth it though, great story, great ending. Only downside is XCX wont live up storywise, but it does have mechs and Gamepad support so my special edition preorder is in at Amazon as my Christmas gift.

    i concur and i also i completely agree about XCX story...it is a shame but after watching that "Exploration" trailer earlier this year my hype has never come down! i by chance managed to pre-order my Special edition 3 hours after amazon sold out! But the XCX soundtrack is not better than the original XC soundtrack in my opinion

    Speaking of soundtracks, my son is having a SSB themed bar mitzvah, we'll be using our red and blue CDs for cocktail music, Gaur Plains will be played, though personally I prefer the Know Our Names battle track.

    SSB themed Bar Mitzvah...that's Epic Dad status my friend! since my son has proclaimed himself the DJ when we play SSB we only listen to Engage the Enemy and our only gripe is that SSB cut a minute of that epic song! thats right Sakurai-san we noticed! also congratulations on your son entering adulthood :)

    I'm not that epic I was pushing for Dragonball Z. It's over 9000! That was actually the theme for a few months but he changed his mind awhile back. I'll send you some pictures when its all over. And thanks for the well wishes.

    of course my friend. i always tell my son he's growing up w/out permission! LOL! it doesnt make me feel old but it just amazes how fast they grow up...family is very important so whether its SSB or DBZ i still say your in Epic Dad Status!
