Glitch: floating berry. It happened when the yellow pikmin carrying missed the lilypad due to a cutscene, and it was actually drowning with its head above the lilypad.

    I wonder if having this happen after you get blue pikmin would allow you to still carry it back...UNDERWATER! Some cutscenes it could work with are 100 Pikmin on field, captain is down, or spicy spray.

    There's a way to test if the berries can go in the water: collect berries in the Tropical Wilds with blue pikmin. Also try collecting them with any pikmin without building either of the bridges first.

    Oh instead of getting stuck they will attempt to go through the water? Haha funny! Umm...this is about Pikmin 2, but it's a theoretical glitch. If you wait until after day 30 to get yellow pikmin, can you do something weird with the 5 yellows and Spotty Bulbear? I've been on Pikmin 2 (Wii) lately and will eventually get to the day it happens. (SO MANY days to spend!)

    Just keep landing and pressing ''End Day''. You're obviously not doing a challenge run, so you may as well get to a comfortable point and then just fast forward to day 30.

    I forgot about that. Anyway, at some point I'm going to play that game again for a new record. I don't play it and Pikmin as much as Pikmin 3, and my best records are: (Pikmin) 22 days and (Pikmin 2) 40 days. I can do better now.

    I guess you liked Pikmin 3 more than the others, huh? I've done 9 days and 0 deaths in Pikmin, and 8 days in Pikmin 2. Working on a 0 death run for the second game now, just came out of Frontier Cavern. (day 9)

    Pikmin 3 was the first game I played in the series. It has the ability to post pictures to the miiverse, and isn't as confusing in strategy as the others (it has a story to guide you). Pikmin (game) would be better if you could lead and throw pikmin easier. And in Pikmin 2 the only time the player is truly pressed with real time is above ground and in the Submerged Castle, sublevels 1-4.
