    my guess would be max dex gear, you can make most of it in tailoring. the ares gloves give dex i think. it took me a while to finally get the dex stat from the orbs, but my damage was amazing.

    you get the orbs from the trials at the end of the dlc. if you mean the armor, then no, only crafted armor gets the secondary buff.
