The sound of cicadas here are just pure bliss. When I was a kid, I lived in a place that had lots of cicadas. They're pretty much the only insect I like. So soothing. Like, before I go to bed, I always set up these 1 hour loops of cicada noises to lull me to sleep. Works every time.

    Ah, rad. I don't have a lot of Cicada's in my area, but usually when I wake up (and sometimes in the middle of the day) and go to bed I can hear them. I always did love the sounds they make.
