Everyone who say this game is a copy of Minecraft should be quite and search for Infinite Miner. It was long before Minecraft and was the real inspiration of this kind of Games. So please be quite!

    Actually Infinity miner was a very different game from Minecraft, it was a versus game and the goal was to mine, that was it, Minecraft drew inspiration from the mining aspect, keyword being inspiration. This is a shameless rip-off that goes as far as to steal models and textures, and honestly should be taken down in the case of a Minecraft Wii U version.

    No. CL:IS just takes inspiration from Minecraft. It IS a block survival game but there is a much greater sense of exploration in it, the bosses are located in the map from the start, it tries to be more realistic (hunger + thirst, cannibals instead of zombies, etc.) and is far more difficult. Plus, the update will add new and interesting multiplayer modes. Same logic.

    Yeah, but no. None of the mods that are ripped off here are of anything specific, with the concepts being used in many forms of media, and no, it is not completely irrelevant because Mojang does not make the mods, the mods are still being re-created for profit without consent. Also my main point is that this game literary steals assets from Minecraft which means the company could be sued for that.

    The assets aren't from Minecraft. And at the end it is better to have a Minecraft like game on the WiiU then nothing. It plays different from the original Minecraft and have a lot of own ideas.

    So am I the only one that can see that the Cannibal model is a direct rip of the Minecraft humanoid model? Any block building game would be a rip-off of Minecraft? Nah, look up Lego Worlds.

    1st: I meant with the same visual art style as Minecraft: blocky. Lego World is lego so that doesn't really count. 2nd: How many cannibals have you seen in Minecraft? (Mods don't count). Had you said chickens or pigs you would have been a lot more accurate but even those have been improved from Minecraft (they ATTACK if you attack them, that's awesome!!)

    While I have not played the game I can deduce that this game is a rip off. Feeding off consumers hunger for a Minecraft game on this console. Not only that but there have been many other Minecraft type games on other consoles too until Minecraft took the reins.
