    No, you're falling and angled the camera to appear as if you're on the tree. The pose the Mii is in says it all.

    no it is a real glitch!!!!! you get to the top of the tower, jump two times and on your third jump run/fall down the tower and it will glitch of the side of the tree!!! trust me it works!!! it took me a few times to get it.
