    If you're Lv. 8, the best Pickaxe for you would be the Mole Pickaxe. You can purchase it from Moley in the Royal Cabin Well at the top of Mount Snowpeak if you are a Master Miner. Or you can craft one if you're a Master Blacksmith.

    Thank you Kimura...... the truth is I wnted a newer pickaxe to reach the master ranking because I can't seem to break the water wingstone.... any advice please?

    There's two other Pickaxe options to go with; The DeepSea Pickaxe and the Lava Pickaxe. If you're going for a Wingstone, I'd recommend trying to get the Lava Pickaxe. It has Wingstone damage + as a special effect, so it might come in handy. The Lava Golem in Lava Cave might give one to ya for turning in the bounty.

    Really? From turning in the bounty? That's odd. If you're not getting the item you want from the bounty, save before turning it in and resetting if you get something you don't want. It's random every time, so you can keep doing that until it shows up.
