I don't know how other people can do this trick but I've just recently find out that some people had jumped over these bars of where I am, thanks to a simple losing match of Tuf War. I don't if they used it as cheating or to thier advantage but I do know that you are able to master that trick. That said, I'm looking all over this map to find out of how they manage that.
