    Go to the island 3 times a night (7 pm through when the Re-tail closes).It the best way to get bells in my opinion.Easiest too.

    or go in the mornin at 7 and catch sharks and giant beetles on palm trees

    Go to the island after 7 PM, get rid of all the trees, bushes, and flowers in the center so only palm trees are left, then with the palm trees look for these 4 beetles. Gold stag, Horned Hercules, Horned elephant, and Goliath beetle. If you get a full box of just these, you will get at least 300,000! The most I've ever gotten was about 500,000! It really is worth it!
