Technique tip #1: You just ran out of ink and your special just finished charging up. Do you use your special or refill by going into squid form? It depends on your special. Echolocators, inkstrikes, and bomb rushes can use them right away. But for inkzookas, bubblers, and krakens, it is smarter to wait until a time where you and/or your team needs it, and refill ink using squid form.
