    First two are relics, but they're difficult, so save them for post-game. At the end is a monster that can only be found there. Emerald Dragon Rune is to fight Emerald Dragons. You can feed their eggs to your monsters for more exp. All three can be used at your father's shrine east of the ranger hq.
