My main character. A level 48 with a mastery in blacksmithing and Alchemy, but a heroic rank in Carpentry, if I recall correctly. The rest, excluding Angler, Wizard, cook, and mercenary are at adept rank at least. Cook and Merc are at novice, IIRC.

First, you have to recruit Yuelia and Noelia, disband the party, then get Yuelia to do a bliss check. From there it'll initiate a mini storyline after you talk to Yuelia again (she should have an event marker above her). Beyond that, I really can't tell you, because I looked up a guide when I couldn't figure out what I did wrong. If Yuelia doesn't have a marker above her head, check your mail.
