    I have unlocked it. You know that level above 5-2? Well, that's a ghost house. You unlock that by a secret exit in 5-1. Sorry, i cant remember where in 5-1. When you get into the ghost house, the second room with 2 sets of dangling blocks, at the end of the room, there are 6 coins. Left of it, hit to find a hidden block.Climb the beanstalk and go to the red flagpole. That unlocks the gold boat.
