In a recent Source Gaming interview with Sakurai...

...he confirmed that Sm4sh development has ended. He said that if they kept adding more characters, it would gobble up IPs and it would lose its 'wow factor.' So now we can confirm that nothing more is coming to Sm4sh. If you want something else, you'll have to wait for Smash 5.

    @Mikao: It was, though some people believed Sakurai was trolling and more like Wolf were on the way. I found the interview and thought I might as well post it to clear everything up.

    Really? I thought the "Free Wolf" mumbojumbo ended when Corrin and Bayonetta showed up without Wolf. But oh well, my interest in Miiverse somewhat faded because this community mutated into a constant Troll war thanks to Jeffrey, Omar & Co.

    Exactly! I want storage space for other games, no more unintentional glitches being added, not having to wait MINUTES to get from the Title Screen to the Main Menu, AND TO STAHP LOSING ALL OF MY REPLAYS OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN!!!
