    As someone who watched the anime, I can say that the series as a whole is great. The cast is diverse, there's positive AND negative character development, and it's one of those things you just get into deep. I ended up binge-watching the first season. However, it's very heavy on plot from the get go, so if you're one who needs a filler episode every so often it might not be for you.

    (continued from last comment) If you're talking about the game, though, it's pretty much the same plotline as the anime. Personally, I find it fun, but don't expect anything new- it's just a more interactive experience than the show.

    I think it's a very good game! I've never watched the Anime but I think it's very fun and content filled. I've heard the end-endgame is extremely hard and unfair. [the post-game, sorry. Very late post-game]

    Metric ton of things to do, enjoyable story, and tons of robots to mix and match. I highly suggest it if you have not picked it up already. Bucketloads of free dlc too is really nice. :)
