    Sounds like disk and carts ( 3ds ) only. I was curious about that as well and just did some digging and every place I looked said disk, not digital. some selects are Wii games and are not available on Wii U eshop. ( but mentioned by Nintendo being playable on Wii U so my guess is no digital discounts, but check tomorrow just in case ) hope this helps.
