I think I get it now. The reason Kaze died in Birthright in that one chapter was because he didn't tell Corrin his secret earlier. If he did then he wouldn't of been explaining it to him on that cliff when the earthquake hit. Right?

    He died because he never told you his secret..and because he wasn't your retainer. When you get his A-Rank support, he becomes your retainer. If you don't, he never does.
