How are you supposed to get people too fight you with street pass? Mine only found 2 people. I thought I was supposed to have 10. Help?

    @Lily☆- You passed by 2 people with 3DS's probably who also had 'Link To The Past' StreetPass enabled. If you want more, depending on where you live, step inside a Best Buy store, or just walk in your town for a while where there are lots of people. Or stores with public wi-fi.
