I think it's kinda funny...

Dark Pit gets a nerf in Side B angle and it becomes a buff that raised his teir, albeit only a little, but that's my view. I don't go by teirs by the way. I play Samus and Zelda sometimes.

    It amazes me that Samus is better without her Power Suit. It's not even like the difference isn't noticeable either, they just left her like that.

    @THEIF: It might be because without the suit, she would be more nimble and thus be able to pull out quicker attacks.
