I got the Peach amiibo (Smash Bros.) just a common amiibo. I don't think amiibo's were ever rare to begin with it's because of the stocking issues.

I'm not sure, the rarity keeps changing. I've only ordered Palutena, Rosalina and Villager on Amazon, direct from Japan.

The rarest that I found in stores was probably either Captain Falcon, Ness, or Little Mac. Dedede and Meta Knight might be rarer, but I had to import them from Australia so I'm not sure if I'd count them.
