    There are a lot of different types of fish, like there are different types of animals, and some fish I.e seahorse s have been seen actimg more animalistic than others I.e crabs. They might be made from fish, but it's more likely to be made out of farmed fish than anthropomorphic fish.

    Hamburger meat is made out of cows, not fish. The meat on Krabby Patties look nothing like Fish Meat. How they get the meat is beyond me.
