    Eh, I'd switch her to Sorcerer, or Strategist if you *really* want staff usage out of her. Then she can use weapons that let her crit and use skills.

    Or I could slap a killer bow on her as well, I do admit sorcerer Nyx is better, magic users in general have been gimped. Though I could still get staff usage out of her by reclassing her as a sage since I married her to Hayato.

    Ah, I didn't know that this was Revelation. If she used a Killer Bow, she'd have to use her 7 Str as an attack. Not exactly a good thing, especially since Killer weapons only have the Mt of iron weapons. A critical 0-damage attack still only does zero damage.
