    At the end of conversation she says, sorry dad. So why is she referring to Cordelia as mom and to Chrom to meet her. I didn't play awakening so i don't know.

    It's because Selena knows that her mom has this huge crush on Chrom, but does nothing to act upon it. Nor does Chrom seem the least bit romantically interested in her. You'd think someone else besides Selena would have pointed that out to her in Awakening.

    In this conversation, Selena figures that she should at least try to get Chrom to set something up that would appeal to her mom's crush. However, because of the fact that she exists, Selena knows full well that Cordelia would end up (reluctantly) choosing either of Robin, Frederick, Virion, Vaike, Stahl, Kellam, Donnel, Lon'qu, Ricken, Gregor, Libra, or Henry, over Chrom.
