You're still at Dark Elysium, right? If so, that means your only other option is to farm the chips off of them from the daily dungeons, since they don't appear in normal dungeons until you progress a bit further in the postgame.

(This comment will only apply if you're in the postgame) You'll need to advance a bit further, pal. If you're still at Helhiem (Dark Elysium's area), you'll need to beat that to gain access to Valhalla (Dark Shangri-La's area). In Valhalla, you'll find Exophia itself in one of the dungeons called Fairy Village. Even better, Fairy Village is a 3-color dungeon, so you can get a high combo chance.
