Gravity Falls Theory (because i can)- If You Look closely during the ending of Stanchurian Canditate, Gideon looks at the Bill Cipher Wheel on the cell wall. If you look closely, u may see that the glasses and journal are in different places. This may just be Gideon forgetting, or something more. Alex Hirsch was like the old Scott Cawthon. He tends to hide things plain in sight. Just a thought
