最後までよんでね🌟💫💙 今日ね 陸上記録会の初練習だったんだけど.うち運動おんちで笑笑 本当きつかったんだよ←😿🙀 氏ぬかと思ったもん💀 でもね三代目のこと考えたの。💙💙 そしたら少し勇気でたんけど本当きつすぎて隆二くんを思い出したら＼\努力は人を裏切らない/／って思い出したの🙈❤️ 努力は必ず報われるって高みなチャンもいうし信じて頑張った🙈😋 そしたら無事終了したの‼️ 明日は800㍍だぁ〰⬅️それだけで嫌なやつ笑笑 見てくれてありがと✨ 共感よろ！

    800m頑張って下さい！ 800mの自分のやりかたはある程度最初はとばさないけれども、皆についていく。そしてラスト100mで余っている体力を全部使いきる。 それが自分のやりかたです。参考になればうれしいです
