    You can get him from the flamedragon relic, which you get by collecting all the dragon stones.

    ow yea sorry but i forgot to tell in my post i already hove the relic he just won't drop an egg and i played that relic 20 time already and he won't drop an egg so can you help me with that

    In that case I'd just suggest that you keep trying, as egg drops are random and unaffected by combos. A Ruby Dragon lead could increase the drop rate a little bit, but the reduced attack power just isn't worth it.
