How do you catch Lemmy? I've fought him 20+ times now, but I can't get him. In case you're wondering, I need him so I can change Orbs to Dark to get into the secret level in W3.

You can't get the Koopalings to join you by normal means. You have to defeat them at their airship courses in the special worlds. In Lemmy's case, he'll join you after you've completed ★World 2-Airship (NOT World 2-Airship). If you really need an ally who can make Dark Orbs, I'd suggest getting yourself a Sledge Bro.
