So i know this is irrevelant, but im noticing people hating and defending the miiverse redesign. The defenders i find are hilarious though. They say things like your disrupting miiverse, that is against the code of contact. and then i say that the constitution in america says that people have free will to speak thier mind. The code of conduct has nothing on the constitution!

    The constitution does not apply to Miiverse. The first amendment only protects from government restriction on speech. Miiverse is owned and operated by Nintendo, which is NOT part of the government. Therefore, they have every right to tell you, me, or anyone else who posts on Miiverse what we're allowed to post. If you want to cite the Constitution, you better learn a bit more about how it works.
